Product Characteristies

The main features are as follows:

  • Since there is no lateral force between the piston and the swivelling cylinder, the bottom of the piston is designed with a static pressure balance, and the torque is transmitted between the piston and the crankshaft through the rolling bearing, which reduces the friction loss in the process of force transmission. Therefore, DGM series hydraulic motors have the characteristics of high mechanical efficiency and high starting torque.
  • The plane flow distributor is simple and reliable, with good sealing performance and less leakage. The piston and swivelling cylinder are sealed with plastic piston rings without leakage, hence it has a high volumetric efficiency.
  • The composite bushing used between the pendulum trunnion and the shaft bore of the back cover and the shell. The structure reduces friction losses and improves sealing performance and stain resistance. Hence, improvded the low-speed stability, mechanical efficiency and working reliability.
  • Because the piston and the bearing sleeve are firmly attached to the ring without gap, this series hydraulic motors can be operated under pump conditions, when the oil inlet is closed, the motor can run under free wheel conditions (oil pressure is required for pump conditions, which can improve work reliability).
  • This series hydraulic motors have high pressure, and the maximum pressure can reach 35MPa. Light weight, small size, high power.
  • Due to the simple structure, reasonable design, use large load capacity bearings, thus it works reliably, has long life and low noise, and the transmission shaft is allowed to bear radial load, and the direction of rotation is reversible.
